Nickie is responsible for assisting with the build and maintenance of our interactive Virtual Assistants. Working alongside Maria she helps with the creation of new VAs, including development and testing and the continued maintenance and advancement of those already in use by our clients.

Nickie’s role also includes quality assurance, reviewing customer questions and answers, to ensure the continued improvement of all our virtual assistants.

She has previously worked in the mortgage industry advising people at all stages of the mortgage process from the initial enquiries, completion and throughout the life of their mortgage. She has also worked for a leading train operating group in the customer relations team.
